Tui Allen
Tui Allen is a New Zealand author who writes stories about many things but the sea is one of her favourite topics. She also loves riding her bike and admiring the mountain near her house. It is called Mt Pirongia and she can see it from her window as she writes her stories. She has two grown up children and was a teacher in New Zealand schools for many years. She is working on a big book for older children at the moment. It is called 'Ripple' and is all about dolphins.
