This is a story about a family of squirrels who live in a big oak tree in the garden of a country house. One of the occupants of the house is Whiskers the cat. Whiskers is very fond of hunting and tries his best to catch the squirrels when they come down to collect their acorns. One day Cyril the squirrel falls from his tree when a branch breaks and lands right on top of Whiskers the cat. Will Cyril be able to escape the clutches of the wily cat and reach the safety of his den in the tree?
